These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that govern your use of Wildies. They explain the relationship between us and our users, the main account responsibilities, eligibility requirements and how promotions, payments and disputes are handled. We expect all customers to read these terms before registering or placing bets. By using the site you agree to comply with the rules set out here and any additional terms linked to a specific product or promotion.
Account responsibilities
Account holders must provide accurate personal details and keep their contact information up to date. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account, including deposits, bets and withdrawals. Do not share login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately via live chat or the in-site contact form. We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect fraud, misuse or breach of these terms.
Eligibility requirements
To register you must be at least 18 years old and not resident in a restricted jurisdiction. We may refuse registration or participation in promotions where local law prohibits play. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate or multiple accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. Acceptable platform use
Users must not attempt to manipulate software, disrupt services or collude with others to gain unfair advantage. Betting patterns deemed irregular - including matched betting, staking that circumvents wagering rules, or use of bots - may be restricted. General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to specific terms that sit alongside these T&Cs. Where a bonus applies you must opt in or meet the stated deposit requirement. Wagering requirements and game contribution rates apply as set in the promotion terms. Maximum bet limits while wagering on bonus funds may apply and winnings from bonuses can be capped. We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where we suspect abuse or breach of promotion rules.
Deposits and withdrawals
