The Five of Nine Club’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are getting an update effective May 19, 2018. We’re making these changes to keep pace with our growing membership base and expanded product offerings, and to ensure that we continue to be transparent about our practices.

The Five of Nine Club’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are getting an update effective May 19, 2018. We’re making these changes to keep pace with our growing membership base and expanded product offerings, and to ensure that we continue to be transparent about our practices. These updates also address the new requirements under the European Union (EU) data protection law called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which goes into effect on May 25, 2018.
Here are a few important things to know about the changes:
We restructured our Privacy Policy to be clearer about the ways we collect, use, process, and share personal information. It also explains rights and choices you have over your personal information, including the ability to access, correct, and delete personal information.
By continuing to use our services on or after May 19, 2018, you indicate your agreement with each of the updated and new terms and policies that are effective as of that date. If you don’t agree to any of the updated or new terms and policies, unfortunately you will not be able to be a member as we will not be able to contact you.
We hope you’ll find these updated and new terms and policies beneficial, but if you have any feedback, please feel free to contact us. We’ll review all feedback we receive on the matter, and will take action as appropriate. Keep in mind that we may not be able to respond to these requests individually. Overall, you should not experience any change in how you engage with the Five of Nine Club’s products and events, and will continue to provide you with the experience you’ve come to know and trust.

The information is gathered in order to verify potential members.

The information we hold is used to keep individuals up-to-date with forthcoming events, news and offers, and other Masonic information of interest
Who it is shared with
The data and information we hold is not shared with any other organisation or third-party. The Five of Nine Club is a part of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Warwickshire and we confirm the information provided to certify and vouch for our members.
