On Wednesday 12th August, the Five of Nine Club Chairman, W Bro James Dalton ProvAGDC delivered a presentation as part of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Warwickshire’s ‘Staying Engaged’ programme.

The talk entitled, “The Five of Nine Club: What is it all about?” gave members from across the Province the opportunity to understand more about what a New & Young Mason Club is and the activities and events that the Five of Nine Club are involved with.

The talk focus on three main areas: Charity, Learning & Development and Social. Each section detailed the work that the club is engaging in to enhance the experience of new and Young Freemasons in Warwickshire.

Staying Engaged is a programme of online seminars via Zoom, provided by the Provincial Grand Lodge of Warwickshire. Each week a different guest speaker will give interesting insight into a particular area of Masonic interest. Previous talks have included the Director or Ceremonies role, Masonic etiquette and how to make a speech.

We would encourage all club members to take an interest in these talks. The link for each week’s session is emailed via the In Touch email that all Warwickshire members will receive. If you are not receiving these, you can sign up at the Provincial website.

Replays of all previous sessions including the Five of Nine Club lecture are available on the Warwickshire Freemasons YouTube Channel at the link below.
